He is an author, facilitator and coach, who has delivered 3,000 career presentations in five countries, and is widely regarded as a content expert in the areas of Productivity, Sales, Training and Communication. He has spoken to Fortune 500 companies, Government Agencies, and numerous start-ups.
After graduating from Boston College with a Bachelor of Arts in English, he began presentation for companies, and speaking on a variety of business topics. During his early career, Ken was one of the first few hired in the start up days of Franklin Covey. He managed the number one region in the US, facilitated workshops, and developed business relationship with a wide variety of organizations including Aerospace, Automotive, Law Enforcement, Biotech, Entertainment, and Financial Services. Soon after Ken joined the Franklin Institute, a boutique training firm it would grow to become Franklin Covey, one of the largest Talent Development companies in the world.

After a decade with Franklin Covey, Ken began writing presentations and pitch meetings in the Final Services Sector for companies such as Disney, MTV and Warner Bross., and speaking on a variety of business topics. His passion for "word smithing" earned him the moniker, "The Communicator".
